Welcome

Hi,this is my blog. Welcome to my blog. My blog is about different fruits of BANGLADESH. If you go my blog you will find different fruits information such as jackfruit,mango,banana,litchi,pineapple,pomegranate,water melon etc.



ABOUT FRUIT
 Fruits   are matured and ripened ovary.Fruits are very nutritive and delicious. They are rich in vitamins,minerals,iron,calcium,protein etc.Many fruits have also medicinal value.There are different type of  
fruits in our country.

A complete food must contain carbohydrates,proteins,vitamins, minerals&rough or fiber. Horticulture foods are an excellent source of all the essential components of human diet. Mostly 30% of the food consumed in the world is produced in the horticulture sector. Minimum average intake of fruit should be about 75g/person/day but in our country it is 54g/person/day. IN developed countries,people take a good amount of fruits i.e. more than 50kg/person/year(136g/day).
Fruit contains almost all type of nutrient components but due to presence of vitamins,minerals&absorbable sugar.fruits as taken raw retain all of these nutrients & body can absorb them easily.
Fruits are rich in vitamin:
Bita-carotene  :papaya,mango,jackfruit,hogplum etc.
B1-(thiamine)  :banana,litchi,date palm etc.
B2-(riboflavin):  papaya,litchi,pineapple,wood apple etc.
Vitamin C             :guava,orange,ber,lemon etc.
Calcium           : date palm, cashewnut etc.
Phosphorus: litchi,banana, pomegranate etc.                                                             
Iron                     : guava,unripe mango,sopata etc.
Carbohydrate:banana,mango, jackfruit,ber etc.
Protein               : jackfruit,cashenut,coconut etc.
Fat                        : avocado,cashenut,coconut etc.
